AA SYSTEL provides client "turn-key" systems for data links between unmanned vehicles and control stations.

Thanks to our partners network, we design the whole communication chain from the on-board segment to the ground segment. Data streams and video signals can be transmitted in several frequency bands (L, S, C, X, Ku, Ka), by using different compression and modulation techniques.

For unmanned vehicles applications, the most suitable technology that we propose is based on Wavelet Compression and Direct-Sequence Spread-Spectrum (DSSS). Wavelet compression allows to get a better compression ratio, while maintaining the quality. DSSS signals resist to interference and the original data is recovered if data bits are damaged during the transmission.

The vehicle tracking is carried out by an auto-tracking antenna (diameter according to the target distance) controlled by a PC (ACU).
